Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is at the heart of how Wanda designs learning, and that applies to this website too. I want everyone to be able to use it, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

The standard I aim for

This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What I've done

  • Checked text and background colours for sufficient contrast

  • Used a clear heading structure, so pages can be navigated with a screen reader

  • Added text descriptions (alt text) to meaningful images

  • Chosen Atkinson Hyperlegible, a font designed for readability, for body text

  • Labelled every contact form field clearly

  • Avoided auto-playing video, audio and moving content

  • Checked that pages work on mobile and when zoomed in

  • Used link and button text that describes where it goes

Known limitations

I test the site regularly, but some things are not yet fully accessible:

  • Platform components: the site is built on Squarespace, and I can't fully control how some of its built-in elements behave, such as the mobile menu and cookie banner.

  • Screenshots of eLearning: the Case Studies page includes screenshots of learning I've designed. Each has a text description, but some detail within the images may not be available to screen reader users. Contact me for a full description.

  • Spam protection: the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may occasionally ask you to complete a check. If this causes difficulty, email me directly instead.

How this statement was prepared

This statement was prepared on 29 September 2026, based on my own testing of the site on desktop and mobile. I'll review it whenever the site changes significantly, and at least once a year.
